1. Data controller

2. Data we collect

  • name and email - when you book a call via Calendly,
  • message content - when you email us,
  • technical data (IP address, browser, device) - collected automatically when you visit the site.

3. Purposes & legal bases (GDPR)

  • scheduling and delivering a call or 1:1 process - Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR,
  • responding to your message - Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest),
  • analytics and service improvement - Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

4. Recipients

Your data may be entrusted to trusted processors, including: Calendly, the email provider, accounting service and the website hosting provider. Some may process data outside the EEA - in such cases data is protected under Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission.

5. Retention

  • contact / Calendly data - up to 24 months from last contact,
  • contractual data - for the duration of the agreement and the period required by law,
  • analytics data - up to 14 months.

6. Your rights

  • access, rectification and erasure of your data,
  • restriction of processing,
  • data portability,
  • objection to processing,
  • withdrawal of consent at any time,
  • lodging a complaint with the Polish Data Protection Authority (uodo.gov.pl).

The site uses, among others: Calendly (scheduling), Google Fonts (typography), Instagram and LinkedIn (profile links). Each of these tools has its own privacy policy.

We apply technical and organisational measures appropriate to the risks, including HTTPS encryption, restricted access to data and regular updates of the tools we use.

This policy may be updated. The current version is always available at this address, with the last-update date at the top of the document.
