My name is Justyna Cichosz. For many years I worked in a world of responsibility, decisions, negotiations and management. I was the one who could organise, anticipate and deliver. From the outside, many things added up. Inside, I felt ever more clearly that simply coping is not yet living in alignment with yourself.
My path didn't begin with one spectacular decision. It was made of many moments in which I had to stop asking only what the world expected of me, and start checking what was true for me. It held career changes, divorce, motherhood, experiences connected with health, and building life on my own terms. I didn't always know where the next choice would lead. But I was learning not to abandon myself when things became hard.
For nearly twenty years I've been exploring different ways of understanding a human being – from work with consciousness and the subconscious, through emotions and the body, to creativity and symbol. I am, among other things, a certified Zen Coaching coach, a Dekodyka trainer and a graduate of the one-year SensArte Art Therapy Academy. I don't treat these approaches as a collection of separate methods. Over time they became part of my own way of working – attentive to what a woman already knows about herself, what she can't yet name, and what her experience is trying to tell her.
I also bring years of business, managerial and negotiation experience to this work. Thanks to that I can stay with what is subtle and inner, while helping to translate recognitions into concrete decisions, boundaries, conversations and actions.
I'm not interested in creating another, better version of a woman. I'm interested in the moment when she stops overlooking herself and begins to build a life that has room for her too.
